STRATEGIES
The DLDLT pursues its vision and mission through BTCLP Programme for the Laity, Quarterly Leadership Seminar for PCN Leaders at all levels, Control of PCN Zoom services and church digitization, Presbytery-Based Workshops (PBW), Parish-Based Sensitization (PBS), Grassroots Mobilization on GA policies/programmes and other training on new trends in church administration like Disability inclusion, digital skills, etc.
STRUCTURE
The GA appoints a National Director, who is a GA staff, to pursue all the responsibilities of DLDLT. The Various Synods appoint Synod DLDLT Coordinators who would ensure that the vision and mission of DLDLT are achieved within their respective Synods. These Coordinators also constitute National Executive Council (NEC) of DLDLT to ensure that the DLDLT pursues its central objectives across the PCN.
